Healthy Communities
Swimming is a great way to have fun and get healthy. We offer three fantastic pools including: 25m 6 Lane Main Pool, 0.76m Deep Teaching Pool and a 'Magna Carta' Splash Pool. If you’re looking to improve your swimming technique, or introducing your little one to the pool, you’re in great hands. OneNK Leisure Centre has a variety of swim sessions for all ages and abilities.
Please note that we also offer walk-in bookings, subject to availability.
Family Fun Swim
Family Fun Swims situated in the Main Pool, Learner Pool and also gives access to the Flume.
Family Swimming for up to 60 minutes, a perfect way to get active as a family!
The session includes access to the Main Pool, Learner Pool and Flume, with ride on mat floats and toys provided
Available weekends and school holidays.
Swim For Fitness (Lane Swimming)
Intended for anyone over 11 years old, these sessions are designed to improve your swimming fitness and overall health, all with minimal impact on joints and great core stability from the water. With 2 to 6 lanes set out with different speed ranges, you can swim at your own pace.
60+ Swim
These sessions are for over 60s, providing a great way to socialise, keep healthy and relax in our pool environment. These sessions are also priced at our senior discount rate!
Disability Swim
A swim session exclusively for people with disabilities. Parents and carers always welcome.
Water Workout
A workout in water involves an invigorating 45minutes that you would expect in a dry class, but being in the water means that there is minimal pressure on your joints. However the water also has more resistance and so gives you an even Better workout!
Swim For All
Swim for All sessions take part in the Main Pool, Learner Pool and Magna Carta Splash and are suitable for all levels. Whether you want to splash away with family and friends or practice your strokes, this session is for everyone.
