Women's Only Fitness Classes
New to our centre, we have introduced women's only fitness classes to ensure everyone feels comfortable when working out. Classes include:
Women's Yoga: Learn to develop strength, flexibility and peace of mind as your teacher leads you through a range of postures and breathing exercises.
Women's Group cycle: A fun way to improve cardiovascular fitness and strengthen lower body muscles while burning calories in our private exercise studio.
Women's Body Conditioning: A total body conditioning and strength, offering a high energy workout that combines cardio and resistance training.
Women's Only Swim
Whether you’re new to swimming or returning to the pool after a break, our ladies swim sessions will help you build your confidence in the water. Attending any class for the first time can feel intimidating when stepping outside your comfort zone, especially if you’re a beginner. At Better, you’ll find a range of swimming classes for women and girls, helping you get active in a friendly and comfortable environment. Our women's-only swimming lessons are taught by female swim teachers.
