South Reading Leisure centre is an adaptable and relaxing centre where you can exercise through swimming, gym or participating in sport. The gym has user friendly equipment and a swimming pool to accomodate all swim abilitites.
With fitness instructors at hand and general assistants the centre aims to be helpful and wecoming to all.
South Reading Leisure Centre host a three touch football club on Tuesday day times.
Come and try our senior swim at South Reading Leisure centre. The session allows you to use the pool, which is set out for comfort and simplicity to allow you to swim lanes, whether swimming fast or leisurely, South Reading Leisure Centre accomodates.
Are bookable for multiple different racket courts in our sports hall, including badminton, table tennis and short tennis, and we have enough rackets available for singles or doubles matches. All equipment is available, and participants are of course, welcome to bring their own.
With qualified gym instructors at South Reading Leisure Centre, we can help you get your fitness journey kick started through personalised gym programmes. Whether your goal is to keep moving or strengthen your mucles, our staff can help you along the way with regular check ins.
