Fitness Classes


There's something for everyone with our choice of fitness classes which take place daily in our studios, group cycle studio, plus aqua classes in the pool.

Our fitness classes are grouped into four categories to help you identify the right classes for you.

Let's Be Strong- Start building a better you. Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that'll help you strengthen and condition your whole body. Classes include Power Pump,Total Body Conditioning, Core Stability and Ballet Fit.

Let's Focus- Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower impact classes, which will leave you feeling refreshed and revived. Classes include Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates.

Let's Move- Get fit and feel great. these fun, energising group activites are guarenteed to put a smile on your face. Classes include Zumba, Aerobics, Dance Aerobics, Step and Water Workout.

Let's Work It- Get your heart pumping and feel better as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes. Classes include Group Cycle, Sufferfest (virtual) and Circuits.
