Swim For Fitness
If you’re looking for a low-impact way to stay healthy or improve your fitness, Swim for Fitness might be just right for you.Each session has a choice of slow, medium, and fast lanes available, you can set your own pace and enjoy the session your way.

Swim For Under 5's
We believe swimming should be a fun and enjoyable experience for the whole family. That's why these sessions, exclusively for children aged under 5 and their adults are perfect for sharing, enjoying and bonding during pool time in a relaxed and supportive setting. Small floats and fun toys are available during these sessions.
Disability Swim
Our Disability Swim Sessions provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for individuals with disabilities to enjoy the water at their own pace. Whether you’re looking to relax, build confidence, or have fun, these sessions are designed to be accessible and supportive, ensuring everyone can experience the benefits of swimming in a safe and friendly atmosphere.

Swim for 50+
Swimming is a great way to stay active and social at any age. Our Swim for 50+ sessions are perfect for older adults looking to enjoy the pool in a relaxed and friendly environment, whether for fitness, leisure, or simply to connect with others.
Family Fun Swim
Spending time in the pool together has always been a great way for families to have fun together. Our Family Fun Swim sessions are packed with toys and floats, making them ideal for parents and kids to enjoy quality time in the pool with plenty of laughter and play.

Private Hire
Kendal Leisure Centre's swimming pools are also available for private hire every Saturday afternoon offering the perfect space for parties, events, or special gatherings.
