Ulverston Leisure Centre
Ulverston Leisure Centre on Priory Road has got everything for local fitness, swimming and sport. The gym has cardio machines and free weights, while the 25-metre pool offers lane swimming and aqua classes all week. You'll find Cumbria's largest tennis centre here with indoor and outdoor courts, plus there are indoor spaces for badminton and pickleball. Group classes include yoga, Pilates, BODYPUMP and dance fitness, with over-50s sessions proving popular among regular members. Outdoor pitches and a 3G artificial turf pitch give football players plenty of options. We run children's programmes and host birthdays here too. Working alongside NHS and Age Friendly South Lakeland, we support the community in staying fit and connected.
