Chair-Based Exercise
Chair-based exercise uses low intensity and simple movements to strengthen stability and balance. It is perfect for anyone starting their fitness journey, older adults, those with mobility issues or looking to build confidence.
When: Wednesday 10-10:45am
Starting on 4th June 2025 at Abbey Sports Centre these classes will be running for an 8 week pilot period free of charge!
Come along to meet the instructor, Astrid, see if the class is for you and ask any questions. You can book on to the class beforehand or our friendly team will help you with the booking process on the day.
