Celebrate your child's birhtday here with us at Delta Tennis Centre!

Tennis parties are a fun and active way to celebrate a special day, especially for sports enthusiasts and young tennis players. So why not let us host your party so you can enjoy the special day?

Suitable for ages 5 and up and all abilities. Enjoy a wide variety of fun games and activities with our coaches.

Tennis Parties

Your party will include:

  • 60 minutes on court of tennis coaching and fun games
  • A qualified instructor providing tennis playing advice
  • A dedicated party room for 60 minutes following your session
  • Confectionery/drinks are available on site; customers are welcome to bring their own food

Price:

£160.00 for 12 children; if you would like to add more children, a second instructor would be needed.
 

Availability:

  • Monday to Friday from 15.00 to 19.00
  • Saturdays and Sundays from 10.00 to 16.00.

The Party Room

Our party room is a place for you to celebrate in style once all the fun and games are finished on the courts. 

To help keep the party running smoothly, here are some things to know about our party room!

🎉We do not provide decorations however, customers are more than welcome to bring their own.

🎉Please do not use pins or tape to hang decorations, blue tack can used instead.

🎉Please refrain from using any confetti, party poppers or decorations such as pinatas.

🎉While we do have some snacks at the centre, customers are more than welcome to bring in their own food. (The hirer is responsible for finding out if any party members have allergies.)

🎉The party room will become available 10 minutes prior to your booking time.

Cancellations & Refund Policy

We appreciate that life can get in the way and your plans can change. Please note all cancellations must be sent in writing to Delta.TennisCentre@gll.org

  • Cancellations with more than 28 days' notice:

You will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations with 27-14 days' notice:

You will be subject to an administration fee and eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice:

No refund will be issued however, at managements discretion exceptional circumstances may be considered. 

 

General Party Rules

To ensure that the special day is enjoyable and runs as smoothly as possible, take a look at our general rules and make sure to follow any centre rules which will be displayed throughout the building.

Food & Drink:

🎂 While we have some snacks and drinks at the centre, customers are more than welcome to bring their own. (Hirer will be responsible for finding out if any party members have allergies and cater accordingly)

🎂 We do not provide birthday cakes or knives to cut a cake with however if you wish to bring a cake and store it in the party room you can.

🥂 Alcohol is prohibited on the premises!

Party Room:

Access to your party room will be allowed 10 minutes before your party start time then a further 60 minutes after the activity on court has finished. 

Emergency Contact Information:

It is the responsibility of the party organiser (hirer) to have up-to date emergency contact information of all children attending the party.

Personal Belongings:

We cannot accept any responsibility for; lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings.

Photography & Filming:

Photography and video recording are only permitted in designated party areas and if the consent of parents and general manager has been given.

FAQs

Can I bring my own food?

Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own party food and birthday cake. As the party organiser, it is your responsibility to check if any of your party members have any allergies and cater accordingly. 

  • We are unable to provide a knife to cut the cake.
  • We are unable to provide a fridge in which to store your cake.

How can I add extra children to my party?

The tennis parties are usually for a maximum of 12 children; if you wish to have more than 12 children, please email Delta.TennisCenter@gll.org as a second instructor would be needed for parties of more than 12 children. 

Do you provide decorations?

We do not provide any decorations, but we are more than happy for customers to bring their own. We only ask that decorations are stuck up using blue tack. Please do not use pins or tape. 

Can I arrive early to set up my party room?

Your party room will be available to you 10 minutes before your party is due to start.
