Haydon Centre and Gym are proud to announce that our new fitness class timetable will be launching on Monday 28/02/2022 with classes already bookable on Flow and the BetterUK APP.

We will be adding a Monday night thirty minute Circuit Training class in our Multi-functional Hall, a Tuesday evening Pilates which will be more fitness based as well as a Saturday morning Body Conditioning class in the Studio which will warm you up for our Saturday morning Yoga.

All of our fitness classes are included in your Better Health membership. They are a fantastic way to diversify your fitness journey, a great way to make new friends and are a fun way to improve your physical as well as mental health.

Our Basics classes are suitable for all abilities, and are particularly good for beginners, older people or for anyone returning to exercise after a period away.

All of our fitness classes can be adapted around a members individual requirements, simply arrive five minutes early to speak to the instructor about any health issues you may have. This will allow the instructor to introduce alternative exercises for you as well as answer any questions you may have before the class starts.

If you know somebody who might be interested in trying one of our fitness classes on a guest pass speak to a member of staff at the Haydon Centre and Gym. All guests will be asked to fill in a membership enquiry form using the tablet on reception where a member of the Customer Experience Department will follow up their visit with either a phone call or email. With membership options from £28.00 on a monthly direct debit the more classes you attend each week the cheaper your membership becomes.
