Are you 66 or over? Want to take some steps towards being more active, but not sure where or how to start?
Why not start off by coming along to our senior swimming sessions on Monday's, Wednesday's and Friday's, 10:00 – 12:00. Or alternatively why not try out our walking football sessions which are on a Monday evening from 5-6:30pm. We also run a senior drop-in Badminton session on a Friday, 11:45 - 12:30.
We also offer a variety of other classes that cater to all ages and abilities led by our highly experienced team of group exercise instructors. These include Aqua Aerobics, Yoga and Body Conditioning as well as a Seated exercise class.
