Bootcamp
A balanced and effective way to build fitness, this 60-minute Bootcamp at Glebe Park next to Lake Windermere combines circuit training, HIIT, and conditioning into one energising session. Held fortnightly on Saturdays from 10am-11am, the class offers a varied, full-body workout designed to improve strength, stamina, and overall conditioning in a supportive group environment.
