The Walk 2 Jog programme is organised by Better Energise Leisure Centre and delivered by qualified run leaders along with experienced Energise Leisure fitness staff.

Beginners enjoy a structured walk with a progression to a 5km jog, the programme is a fun way to start jogging or return to running after an injury. The speed and distance is gradual and participants are able to progress at their own pace.

This Walk 2 Jog programme is for adults and costs £10 for 10 weeks with each session lasting approximately 40 to 60 minutes. Participants are asked to bring a drink and wear trainers and comfortable clothes.
