If you've changed your phone or can't access the Better UK app on your current device, you can reset your primary device at any Better centre.

How do I reset my primary device?

1. Visit any Better centre.
2. Ask a member of staff for the Primary Device Reset QR code.
3. Open the camera on the phone you want to use with the Better UK app and scan the QR code.
4. Your phone will automatically be set as your primary device.

When might I need to reset my primary device?

You may need to reset your primary device if:

• you've got a new phone
• your previous phone has been lost or stolen
• you've reset your phone
• you can no longer access the Better UK app on your current device
