Why am I being asked to pay for my activity?
You might be asked to pay for an activity even if you have a membership for a few reasons:
- Your membership hasn’t officially started yet (start date set for a future date)
- Your membership doesn’t include access to the activity you want to book
- Your Better Health UK membership is linked to a Home Centre outside Camden, but you’re booking an activity in Camden.
- Your Direct Debit has been cancelled, so your membership is no longer active
