The content library is designed to support healthier lifestyles and help members get even more value from their membership.

Why can't a member see the content?

  • Their partnership is not included in the pilot.

Guidance for CSC staff

If a member contacts the CSC about Health and Wellbeing Content:

  1. Check that they're part of one of the pilot partnerships.
  2. Confirm they have an eligible membership type.
  3. Explain that the feature is currently being piloted and may not be available to all members.
  4. Encourage eligible members to keep an eye on their emails and app notifications for updates.

To help support members, CSC staff should:

  • Familiarise themselves with the new benefit.
  • Understand which partnerships are included in the pilot.
  • Be prepared to answer member questions.
  • Signpost eligible members to the new content where appropriate.

Will this be available nationwide?

Not at the moment. This is a pilot programme and will be reviewed before any decision is made about a wider rollout.
