The gym has great selection of cardio machines and free weights, while the 25-metre pool and teaching pool cover lane swimming, lessons and aqua fitness. There's a sports hall for badminton, squash and pickleball, alongside a functional training zone and group cycle studio. Classes include BODYPUMP, Pilates, yoga, strength and conditioning, boxfit and dance fitness. The soft play area keeps younger visitors entertained, and we ru over-50s sessions too.
