Earlier Starts: We're Opening from 6am, Monday to Friday

Got an early start? From 1 September, the gym at Falls Leisure Centre will be opening its doors from 6am, Monday to Friday, as part of a 12-week trial.

The earlier opening gives local gym users more flexibility to fit a workout into their day, whether you like getting your exercise done before work, before the school run or simply prefer an early start.

The trial will run until Friday 20 November, giving us the chance to see how popular the earlier opening is and whether it could become a permanent change.

Please note: the 6am opening is for the gym only. The swimming pool, sauna, steam room and sports hall will continue to open at their usual time of 7.15am.

So, if you're an early bird, you can now get your workout in and start your day feeling good!

6am gym opening: Monday – Friday
Trial period: 1 September – 20 November
Pool, sauna, steam room & sports hall: 7.15am opening as normal
