The Ozone Complex on Ormeau Embankment brings tennis, climbing and laser quest together under one roof, just a short walk from Lanyon Place station. Our gym has cardio and weights alongside an outdoor training area for fresh-air workouts. Inside you'll find US Open standard tennis courts where you can play or join cardio tennis classes, while the climbing wall offers routes for all abilities. There's yoga, HIIT, circuits and strength conditioning each week, with over-50s sessions and junior fitness for younger members. The 3G pitch works for football and training, and laser quest is a favourite for birthday parties and group events. We partner with Ulster Tennis and Mountaineering Ireland to support local sport and keep the community moving.
