Here at Better Gym Bradford we run many different fitness classes per week with vibrant studio equipment & highly motivated and energetic Fitness Class Instructors. From high energy classes such as Zumba and Group Cycling to more relaxing classes such as Yoga and Pilates, we have something for everyone.
Female Only Classes
We now provide classes specially designed for our female members. These are led by qualified female fitness instructors to ensure your needs are met. Classes such as Zumba, Pilates and Yoga are running throughout the week. Have a look at our class timetable for further details.
