Festive Holidays

Schools breakup on Friday 19th December and return on Wednesday 7th January 2026.

We have plenty of fun and engaging activities planned to get kids active and moving this end of term break!

You are able to purchase drinks and snacks at the desk, and we are a card only centre.

The Whitehaven Sports Centre has reduced opening hours over the festive period, for more information click here.

Gymnastics and Trampolining Lessons & Courses

There will be no gymnastics or trampolining classes from Thursday 18th December until Wednesday 7th January.

Inflatable Zone

Looking for somewhere for the kids to burn off some energy? There is something for everyone in our revamped Inflatable Zone; a soft play area, a junior football pitch, a large racing slide and 4 bouncy castles!

Each 55 minute session in the Inflatable Zone is for children aged 3-8 years, and require a safety briefing before anyone is able to bounce.

All participants must wear always socks, have no jewellery on, and no food and drink allowed on the equipment. Please be mindful if older children are bouncing/playing with the younger children

Junior Gym

We encourage juniors to get into the gym and start looking after their bodies, and gym workouts boost energy, increase lean muscle mass, improves mood and enables you to live longer.

Junior Gym

From age 14, provided the junior member has had a recent induction, they are able to come train unsupervised with their friends.

Monday – Friday 10am-6.00pm 

Saturday & Sunday 10am- 4.00pm 

Adult & Junior Gym

From age 11, as long as they attend alongside and are supervised by a parent and have had an induction.

Monday – Friday 10am-6.00pm 

Saturday & Sunday 10am- 4.00pm

Rollerskating

60 minutes of family fun where, regardless of ability or experience, both adults and children from 3 years old can participate or walk with and assist a younger skater.

We have both inline and quad skates available to hire, and also adjustable skates that go over the shoes of our smaller skaters; however if you have your own skates/blades, we do recommend binging them.

Our Main Hall is available to hire for private Rollerskating parties, with an optional food room.

The Copeland Pool and Fitness Centre
