Better, Helston Sports Centre is the most southerly leisure centre in the UK and we are proud to offer quality, affordable fitness facilities and leisure activities to help keep you active and lead a healthy lifestyle.   We have recently refreshed our health and fitness areas with fresh branding and new equipment.   Our gym is well equipped with over 40 stations featuring some of the latest Technogym equipment and we also have a dedicated free weights zone.   We have a dedicated fitness class studio and our excellent instructors offer more than 20 classes a week including Aqua Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Group Cycle and Body Conditioning.   In addition we have a 25m six lane swimming pool, and a successful Better Swim School catering for children of all ages and abilities, there really is something for everyone at Better, Helston Sports Centre
