Helston Sports Centre on Church Hill brings fitness and swimming to the local community with a welcoming atmosphere that keeps families and regulars coming back. The gym features cardio machines, strength equipment and a dedicated free weights room for serious lifting, while the six-lane 25-metre pool offers plenty of space for lane swimming, lessons and aqua classes. Group cycle and Pilates are hugely popular here, alongside HIIT, yoga, boxfit, dance fitness and circuits running all week. There's also strength and conditioning sessions, plus Aqua Splash sessions that get everyone moving in the water. We run birthday parties for kids and activities for seniors, and partner with the community college next door to support local fitness and wellbeing across Helston.
