Designed for young people aged 11–17, this membership provides inclusive access to junior gym sessions, junior fitness classes and local Better swimming pools, helping them enjoy being active in a safe, friendly and welcoming environment. Our Junior Gym sessions run at dedicated times throughout the day and are supervised by qualified fitness instructors, ensuring your child learns to use the gym safely and confidently. All juniors complete a mandatory free gym induction with one of our trained gym‑qualified instructors. Calling all gym‑goers with children!
Our Adult & Junior Gym sessions are the perfect way for you and your child to stay active together. Any pre‑paid adult member can bring one junior (aged 11–17) for free during these dedicated sessions. Simply book the session using your membership — juniors do not need to book separately but must be accompanied and supervised throughout.

Supervision Requirements
To ensure a safe and enjoyable visit for everyone:
A supervising adult must actively supervise the junior at all times.
Only one child per one supervising adult is permitted.
Juniors must be aged 11–17 years.
Misuse of equipment or unsafe behaviour may result in both the adult and junior being asked to leave the session.
