Finchley Lido Leisure Centre in Great North Leisure Park brings together fitness, swimming and summer outdoor fun, just a short walk from Finchley Central and East Finchley stations. The gym has a full range of cardio and strength equipment to cover all your training needs, while the 25-metre pool offers lane swimming and aqua classes. There's also a leisure pool with a wave machine that's popular with families, plus a sauna to relax after your workout. Classes include yoga, Pilates, group cycle, legs bums and tums, Zumba, body conditioning, HIIT, circuits, boxfit and dance fitness. During summer months from May to September, the lido opens for outdoor swimming. We also host birthday parties, junior fitness sessions, and women-only and men-only swimming times.
