At Better, we aim to provide fun fitness and wellbeing activities for everyone. Due to high demand for women only sessions at Kentish Town Sports Centre we have a dedicated evening to womens only activty on Thursdays from 6pm to 10pm. We have water workout, yoga, gym and swim available.

Run for women, by women, our sessions are supervised by qualified female members of staff and cater to women of all fitness stages and abilities. With our women-only gym sessions, you can develop a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the social and mental benefits of staying active.

That’s why we offer a range of ladies swim classes and pool sessions for women of all ages and abilities. Run for women, by women, our sessions are led by female swimming instructors and cater to girls and women of all abilities. With our ladies swimming sessions and classes, you can develop a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the social and mental benefits of swimming.
