On Wednesday 25th September, National Fitness Day comes to Kentish town!

National Fitness day celebrates the fun of fitness, so why not join us for the most active day of the year! Whether it’s a swim, gym session or a fitness class, we have something for you.

The following activities will be available on the day:

Fitness Classes

 

10.00-11.00am –  Aerobics

11.00am - 12.00am - Core Stability 

 

7.00-8.00pm – Circuits

Gym

Free Gym between 2-4pm.

Please note, this will need to be booked in advance.

Swimming

Free swimming between 12-2pm
