Women Only Pilates
Pilates fitness class is a chance to move, stretch, and strengthen in a supportive, female-only space. Whether you’re completely new to pilates or looking to deepen your practice, these sessions welcome women of all fitness levels and abilities.
Led by qualified female instructors, our classes focus on improving posture, core strength, and flexibility, all while helping you feel more connected to your body and the community around you.
