Inductions
Whether you’re new or experienced, our gym inductions help you get started and stay motivated. Beginners can join the 60-minute Total Induction for guided equipment use, exercises, and a tailored programme. Experienced members can choose the 30-minute Basic Induction for a personalised equipment introduction and fitness guidance. For ongoing support, schedule a 30-minute Re-Focus Session every six weeks to track progress and update your programme.
