Come and join us in partnership with Team England at South Norwood Leisure Centre for a weekend filled with free sports and fun family activities for everyone to enjoy.
Ready to unleash your sporting spirit? Members and non-member can jump in and experience the excitement of Commonwealth Games-inspired sports and activities.
Whether you're trying something completely new or rediscovering a sport you love, there's plenty of fun waiting for all ages and abilities.
With gym taster sessions, group exercise classes, swimming opportunities and expert support from our team, the weekend is open to both members and non-members and offers a great introduction to everything South Norwood Leisure Centre has to offer.

Our Open Weekend is open to both members and non-members.
To book your space, simply download the Better UK app, select South Norwood Leisure Centre, and book your chosen activity or an Open Day General Access Session where applicable.
