Group Cycle Experience

Our brand new studio is a super sized top of the range group cycle experience with a capacity of over 50 bikes, plus virtual classes available alongside our instructor led classes. 

The studio has received sound proofing as well as structural works to the floor, and dedicated new air conditioning and air handling system that will only feed into this area.

The new studio has benefited from a fully integrated, top of the range lighting layout, which compliments the music and screen features from the projector, as well as new wall art  to ensure a new fun and motivational workout experience.

Our instructors are looking forward to improving your group cycle experience, with the bike data available to help motivate you to get the most from your session.

Our exciting new group cycle also gives you the option to take part in a variety of virtual classes, so no matter what time of the day you choose to workout, there will be  a class available for you to enjoy.

Studio 1

The main studio refurbishment is now complete. It has received a complete redecoration; with upgraded lighting and a full floor replacement throughout.

Gym

The gym strength zone flooring replacement is now complete. So far the gym has seen a full rebrand with the whole gym being painted and feature lighting installed to create designated workout zones; cardio, resistance, strength and functional training zones.

The flooring within the free weights area has been upgraded with additional support and now benefits from an extended area allowing for an improved layout in the area, with additional space.

Spa Area

Next to benefit from an update was the spa area.  The steam room cabin has been fully replaced and sauna cabin will be replaced with new cabin plus feature lighting added, to create an improved spa experience.

We’re also pleased to announce that to coincide with the re-opening of our new health suite, we’ll be launching a new timetable, giving our customers more access to our hydrotherapy pool and brand-new sauna and steam rooms than ever before!
