The Eltham Centre on Archery Road is a community hub less than five minutes from Eltham train station, right in the heart of the high street. Our gym has strength training and cardio equipment, while the eight-lane competition pool is brilliant for lane swimming and swim club sessions. There's also a teaching pool for lessons and a large group cycle studio alongside spaces for HIIT, circuits, boxfit and strength conditioning. Classes include dance, aqua, Pilates, yoga and barre, with rehabilitation and over-50s sessions available too. You can also unwind and book yourself into a spa swim and make use of our sauna, steam and hydro pool.
