On Friday 3rd December, the Waterfront Leisure Centre will be hosting an event celebrating International Day of People with Disabilities.

The annual worldwide celebration is a United Nations initiative, created to recognise and value the diversity of the global disabled community, cherishing the role it plays, regardless of people abilities.  The 2021 theme for this world wide annual celebration is ‘Fighting for rights in the post-COVID 19 era.”

The event will run from 10am-3pm at the Waterfront Leisure centre and will feature inclusive fitness, sports taster sessions and a raffle, for a chance to win tickets to a Charlton Athletic Football match!
