Weekly Fitness Class programmes take place in our fitness studio. Activities vary throughout the week to provide you with a range of exercises to target the entire body. Please note customers can book 14 days in advance on the day after 10pm, and non-members can book 5 days in advance. 5 hours notice is required before the class start if customers wish to cancel their class or a charge will be incurred. Members are not permitted entry to classes if they miss the warm up - 10 mins.

Please remember to scan your card on our turnstile gates and provide a ticket to the instructor before starting their classes.
