When it comes to Fitness Classes, our jam-packed timetable ensures we're meeting the needs for everyone in the local community.

We are pleased to announce the introduction of two new classes every Thursday to the ever expanding timetable at Phoenix Fitness Centre and Janet Adegoke Swimming Pool.

First up, why not come along and try our new Water Workout Class. Class times are 9.15am-10.00am every Thursday.  Lina, our motivational instructor will ensure you leave feeling invigorated and refreshed. What's more, the effective, low-impact workouts are easy on your joints and it's perfect for improving mobility and stress relief.

Our new Beginners Yoga sessions take place from 10.15am-11.00am on Thursdays. Our instructor, Judy will be delivering the class, who is trained in teaching older adults and pre-and postnatal adults. Judy will ensure you loosen up and find your inner calm with a range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing, more traditional poses.

Both classes are suitable for all including our over 55 members. Even better, there will be tea and coffee served after both classes!
