Sometimes it can be difficult to stay motivated towards achieving your health and fitness goals. Why not join one of our energising fitness classes where you can train among other members and get clear focus from qualified instructors.

Strength and Conditioning

Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that’ll help you strengthen and condition your whole body:

Power Pump

Do you want a stronger and more sculpted body? Our Strength & Conditioning fitness classes are designed to help you get fitter, stronger and leaner. Get better strength and master the fundamentals of training by learning how to squat, deadlift shoulder press and many more. All our instructors will ensure that each participant is coached in the correct way and is performing the exercise how they should in order to prevent any injuries and maximise your results.

Legs, Bums & Tums

Tone up and feel good at a Legs, Bums and Tums (LBT) class. Packed full of moves that will put your lower body to work, helping you strengthen those muscles when performing your squats and lunges, stomach crunches and back raises to improve your core stability and strength. On the plus side? You get to meet a bunch of new people, work out your whole body to the music and de-stress and get yourself on a routine to help you reach your goals.

Get your heart pumping and increase your energy levels, as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes:

Group Cycle 

Ready to sweat? Our Group Cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment.

Boxfit

A class that really packs a punch! Our Boxfit class uses a mixture of boxing techniques to get your heart pumping, leaving you feeling fitter, stronger and fighting fit.

Circuits & HIIT

Our Circuit and HIIT classes offer an intense workout with better results! Focusing on high-energy interval training these classes are designed to push you to your limits and improve your strength, stamina and endurance.

Mind and Body

Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower impact classes:

Pilates

Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core whilst in a calm and relaxing studio environment.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes focus on energetic and traditional yoga poses helping you to relax the mind and improve your strength and wellbeing.

Ballet Fit

A mixture of Ballet, Yoga and Pilates which focuses on body alignment and technique, to execute each stretch with precision.

Dance

Zumba
