Better Gym Pinner has a selection of cardio machines treadmills, cross trainers, rowers, steppers, upright, spinning, recumbent bikes and a brand-new stairmaster. Located in the bright and airy area of the gym, it will help you get that sweat on!


Resistance and Free weights

Our resistance and free weights are ideal for targeting specific muscles, toning muscles and increasing total body strength. The gym is a purposeful space, with lots of light and room, creating a good workout atmosphere. This also features rubber flooring and a mirrored wall to help you focus on performance and technique. We also house a full range of barbells, dumbbells ranging from 1 to 60kg, workout benches, olympic weights, safety squat bar and much more.

Functional Area

Or how about using our Functional area? Functional training allows you to train the body to perform activities that are required in everyday life. The Functional area allows you freedom to have the exact workout you desire, it's an open and versatile space packed with multiple pieces of equipment which you can use in which ever way suits you. Functional training has a number of benefits including improved total body strength, improved flexibility, improved joint stability, improved agility and improved posture.


Fitness Studio

Here at Better Gym Pinner we have a diversity of classes you can choose from. From our intense HIIT, Combat, Group Cycle and Zumba classes as our main Cardio components on the timetable to boost your overall fitness. You can also try our strength training classes such as Power Pump, Circuits, Body Conditioning and more to increase your muscular and strength and fitness. If however a high intensity aerobic class just isn’t for you we’ve got something that may catch your eye! Recently we have introduced an all new class titled Ballet Fit which combines Ballet, Yoga and Pilates to form a well balanced all body class designed to relieve stress and focus specifically on form, alignment and technique whilst targets large muscle groups to give you a full body, fat burning workout and to help you improve that joint mobility and flexibility.


The Sauna/Stream room provides you with a relaxed atmosphere to come and unwind after an intense work out, the perfect chillout.
