What is Junior Gym?
Junior gym is our dedicated gym sessions for 11-17 year olds. These sessions are a fun and safe way for them to start their fitness journey by getting into that fitness habit that'll help improve their health & wellbeing.
All juniors are required to have a junior gym induction before being allowed into the gym.
- Mon-Fri: 4.00-6.00pm.
- Weekends: 12.00-4.00pm
Must book into one of the sessions on the 50 minute slots.
