Look for a new class to help you get in tunes with mind, body and Spirit???

The Fitness class team at Canons leisure centre invite you to try their new class every Monday 2-2.45pm with our instructor Becky.

International Mindfulness day is Friday 31st May, Mindfulness - A relaxing, and self focused class, experience a range of guided meditations and understand the importance of being ‘still’.

Mindfulness is an emerging  psychological process/technique which help people bring their attention to experiences occurring in the present moment.

 

 

We guarantee to help you develope the skills to be Better at Living in the moment!
