Our Junior Gym memberships for children aged 11-17 years allow them to attend a Plethora of activities under the same roof! From our supervised daily Junior Gym sessions to Junior Cardio Fitness Classes, swimming and much more, there's something for every level of ability and interest.
 
  Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are tailored for youngsters aged 11-17, enabling them to exercise during specified time slots. To take part, pre-booking is necessary and can be done online or via the app. A fitness instructor will oversee the session, offering supervision, direction and assistance with any inquiries.

Monday – Friday 16:00-18:00
Saturday- Sunday 12:00-16:00
Holiday Gym days and times:
Monday - Friday 11:00 - 18:00
Saturday - Sunday 12:00 - 16:00
 
  Adult and Junior Gym
Adult and junior gym sessions give adult members the opportunity to bring one junior member aged 11-17 years with them. The junior member will need to book into the session and can only do this once they have completed an induction.
Adults will need to actively supervise the junior if aged 11-15

Saturday- Sunday 08:00-17:00
 
  Junior Gym Induction
To guarantee the safety of all junior members, we offer a Junior Gym Induction conducted by a qualified fitness instructor who will demonstrate the correct use of equipment and exercises. Prior booking for this induction is essential for all juniors before their first Junior Gym session.

  Table Tennis
Table tennis raises the heart rate, helps strengthen muscles, mobilises the joints and, importantly, sharpens reaction times and hugely improves hand-eye coordination. Book now!
