The long awaited Hot Yoga sessions are now ready to book.
The 6 week course will be running on Sunday mornings with Samantha. Two classes are available to book 08:45 -09:45 and 10:00-11:00.

The purpose of hot yoga is to encourage sweating, which is believed to detoxify the body, as well as improve flexibility, boost stamina, improve overall fitness, burn calories, relieve stress and increase circulation.
Both members and non members have the opportunity to book into one of the 6 week courses.
