We are delighted to announce the launch of our brand-new Women’s Only Circuit Class, starting on 26th June from 11.15am-12.15pm.

Designed for women of all fitness levels, this exciting new class provides a supportive and welcoming environment where participants can challenge themselves, improve their strength and fitness, and build confidence.

The class will be delivered by Dorett, one of our experienced fitness instructors, who will guide participants through a fun and energetic circuit style workout. Sessions will focus on improving overall fitness, boosting motivation, and helping women feel stronger and more confident.
