Belle Vue Sport Village is located in Gorton, and comprises of the National Basketball Performance Centre, National Speedway Stadium and Belle Vue Leisure Centre.  Belle Vue Leisure Centre is a well loved community facility with a gym, dedicated women only gym, a great range of fitness classes and two multi-sport halls plus two 3G pitches. The National Basketball Performance Centre is a 2000 seat FIBA standard arena comprised of three side by side fully sprung wooden playing courts, two of which are open access available for community and club use, and the centre court is reserved for showcasing events at the venue.  The National Speedway Stadium is a 347m speedway track with capacity to host  4000 spectators and is currently home to Belle Vue Aces and Colts who compete in the British Speedway Premiership and National Development Leagues. Within the main grand stand of the venue there is a 300 capacity suite named after the famous speedway rider Peter Craven, which is available for public function hire.   This facility is part of a unique collection of community and elite facilities governed by MCRactive, a not for profit organisation established and overseen by Manchester City Council. It is operated by Better under the MCRactive brand.
