We have a wide choice of fitness classes. With over 20 instructor led classes per week taking place in our air conditioned studio and a great variety to choose from we think there's something for everyone.
We have the ever popular Group Cycle, Body Conditioning, Circuits, Power Pump, Combat, Pilates all taking place every week. We even have Fit Bounce our unique aerobic class taking place in our Trampoline Park.
Our programme also includes a Junior Cardio class for a our Junior Members every Saturday.
Plus a Junior Strngth & Conditioning Class every Thursday afternoon during the School Summer Holidays.
We even have virtual classes running as well, so we can deliver an even wider programme any time our instructors aren't around, see below for more details.
