Our New Timetable Launched On The 24th Feb

Follow a staffing restructure we are pleased to announcement Rebecca Pointon has now come on board as one of our Duty Managers.

Due to this we have had to make some changes to the timetable however this has also given us the ability to add some additional classes on to the timetable.

New Classes include:- 

  • Tuesday – Mindfulness @ 8pm
  • Thursday – Fitness rebounder @ 5.30pm
  • Thursday – Les Mills Body Attack @ 7.05pm
