Our fitness class timetable will offer something for everyone. Whether you want to burn some serious calories in our brand-new group cycle experience, take a body pump class or fancy a more relaxing workout in our yoga classes; our full list of classes will cater to your every need.

Strength and Conditioning

Choose from loads of great, motivational group activities that'll help you strengthen and condition your whole body. Classes include Power Pump, Circuits, Body and Core Stability, Strength and Stamina.

Get your heart pumping and increase your energy levels as we move together in these fast-paced, high-energy classes which include HIIT, Boxfit, Aqua Aerobics, Combat and Functional.

Body Conditioning

This full body workout is achieved through high reps & non-cardio exercises using body bars, barbells, dumbbells and body weight.

Circuit Training

Our Circuit classes offer an intense workout with better results! Focusing on high-energy interval-style training, this class is designed to push you to your limits and improve your strength, stamina and endurance.

Legs, Bums and Tums

Get fit, raise your fitness levels and feel stronger with this fun workout. Featuring a range of bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges and sit ups you’ll target and tone your lower body with this strength and fitness class.

Aerobics Basic

With simpler movements & lower intensity, this class is perfect for people starting their fitness journey, older adults, families & anyone looking to build confidence. You’ll perform a range of cardio moves, taking each at your own pace, all guided by our friendly instructors.

Aqua Aerobics

Get a full-body workout in a fun and friendly environment with our Aqua Aerobics classes. Feel all the benefits of a cardio workout without putting any stress on your joints. Turn your workout up a level with our Deep Aqua Aerobic option for stronger swimmers.

Group Cycle 

Ready to sweat? Our Group Cycle classes will ensure you burn some serious calories in a lively, atmospheric, motivating environment. 

HiiT 

Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. Exactly what it says on the tin... make no mistake, this class will get you working hard in short burst intervals with short rest periods in between. Considered one of the most effective workouts for torching calories and improving cardiovascular output. 

Mind and Body

Feel better inside and glow on the outside. Build your strength and flexibility in our lower-impact classes including Pilates and Yoga which will leave you feeling revived.

Pilates

Our Pilates class is great for lengthening and strengthening your core whilst in a calm and relaxing studio environment.

Tai Chi

Focused relaxation – a blissful combination. Tai Chi is a class based on deep breathing and slow, gentle movements, which is lower-impact, but requires good focus. Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.

Yoga

Our Yoga classes focus on energetic and traditional yoga poses, helping you to relax the mind and improve your strength and well-being. We have a variety of Yoga styles on offer here, including Vinyasa, Iyengar & Hatha.
