Our Learner Pool hosts Swim for All sessions suitable for family swimming and a varierty of swimming lessons for children ages 18 months+

Swim for All
A general swim session for all ages and abilities for fun One competent adult swimmer may supervise up to 2 under 8’s or non swimmers 11-17 at a time.

Main Pool

Our 25 metre main pool hosts a variety of sessions from Swim for Fitness to Swimming Lessons.

Swim for Fitness
Lane swimming to suit all speeds to ensure you get the most out of your swim. Competent lane swimmers over the age of 11 are allowed to book Swim for Fitness sessions.

Help Us Keep Your Pool Clean

  • hower thoroughly from ‘top to toe’ with soap before entering the pool to remove deodorant, cosmetics and perspiration
  • Use the toilet facilities before your swim and remember to wash your hands thoroughly with soap
  • Babies should wear tight-fitting waterproof baby trunks whilst swimming rather than nappies
  • Please dispose of nappies, trunks and sanitary products in the bins provided
  • Do not swim if you have consumed a meal within the last two hours
  • Never swim if you have consumed alcohol or are under the influence of drugs
  • Do not swim if you are currently suffering from a cold or flu
  • Do not swim if you have suffered from food poisoning or diarrhoea within the last 14 days

Important Pool Schedule Updates: School Lessons & Staff Training

Staff Training
We hold three sessions per month for our lifeguards to complete their monthly training. A maximum of half the Main Pool will be used.

November Training Dates:

Saturday 8th November 12:00 - 14:00
Wednesday 19th November 19:30 - 21:30
Wednesday 26th November 07:00 - 09:00


School Swimming 

Monday 09:00 - 11:00
This session will take 2 lanes of the Main Pool and no sessions will be changed during the times and dates stated.

Dates Affected:
November: 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th
December: 1st, 8th, 15th

Friday 09:00 - 12:00 
There will be 1 lane available for Swim For Fitness during the times and dates stated.

Dates Affected:
November: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
December: 5th
