WHAT IS JUNIOR GYM?
Junior gym is a dedicated session for 11-17 year olds. The session allows them to start their fitness journey in a safe environment that’s fun & effective, whilst improving their health & wellbeing.
All juniors are required to have a junior gym induction before being allowed into the gym.
- Mon-Fri: 7.00am-8.00am.
- Mon-Fri: 3.00pm-5.20pm.
- Weekends: 9.00am-5.00pm.
