Together with UKActive, we want you to get involved and recognise the life-long physical and mental health benefits that being active can have. With more than a quarter of the population classed as inactive, completing on average less than 30 mins of exercise per week, National Fitness Day is promoting Your Health Is For Life.
National Fitness Day aims to bring people together through participation in Physical Activity, and encourage individuals to see participating in this free activity as a step in a much bigger journey, as after all, your health is for life!
