Outdoor Bootcamp is back!
Taking place every Friday from 12pm–12.50pm, this dynamic session is led by instructor Cam, who will guide you through a variety of exercises designed to boost your strength, fitness and overall wellbeing.
Set on our Outdoor Tennis Courts, the bootcamp offers a welcoming and motivating space where you can enjoy being active in the open air. Whether you’re looking to try something new, build confidence or simply add variety to your workouts, this session is a great way to stay active while making the most of the summer months.
Cam’s sessions are designed to be inclusive and adaptable, meaning participants of all abilities can take part at their own pace. With a mix of functional movements, cardio and strength-based exercises, you’ll leave feeling energised, accomplished and ready to take on the rest of your day.
To keep the energy high and the motivation flowing, each session is accompanied by a playlist of feel-good, upbeat music, helping you stay focused, push that little bit harder and enjoy every moment of your workout.
As always, our focus is on creating a supportive, social and inclusive environment, where everyone feels comfortable and motivated to achieve their goals. It’s also a great opportunity to meet others in the community and enjoy fitness together.
