FITNESS CLASSES

With over 50 fitness classes a week our range of classes offer something for all abilities, ages and fitness levels. 

Staying motivated can always be a challenge, but with a wide variety of fitness classes available you'll find the perfect way to keep active.

Our range of exercise classes include the likes of Circuits, Indoor Cycling, Dance Areobics and Boxfit. We also have unique classes like Fit Beats.  We also have a range of inclusive classes such as Extend and Danceability.

FITNESS CLASSES AT ENERGISE

BOXFIT

A class that really packs a punch. Boxfit uses a range of boxing techniques to get your heart racing and leave you feeling fighting fit. Better for: Strength & conditioning. Burns approx. 550 calories per hour.

PILATES

Centre yourself. Our Pilates classes come in all shapes and sizes, but they all focus on concentration and muscle control, for a highly effective workout. Better for: Lengthening and strengthening your core. Burn approx. 165 calories per hour.

YOGA

Loosen up and let go. Our mix of Yoga classes feature a range of exercises from energetic, full-body workouts to relaxing, more traditional poses. Better for: Gaining peace of mind, improving overall strength and wellbeing. Burn approx. 280 calories per hour.

CIRCUITS

Intense workout for immense results. We’ll put you through your paces, with high-energy interval training, designed to push you that little bit further and encourage a bit of healthy competition. Better for: Strength, stamina and endurance. Burn Approx. 480 calories per hour.

POWERPUMP

Let’s get pumped. This challenging workout features a range of weight-based exercises, set to upbeat music that’s sure to keep you motivated. Better for: Strength and conditioning of all major muscle groups. Burns Approx. 450 calories per hour.

DANCE AEROBICS

Dance yourself fit! Our range of Dance Aerobics classes combine exercise and choreography with infectious music to keep you motivated every step of the way. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Cardio fitness. Burn approx. 550 calories per hour.

TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout. Better for: Strength and conditioning. Burn approx. 450 calories per hour.

WATER WORKOUT

Refresh yourself! These invigorating, effective, but low-impact workouts in the water are easy on your joints. Choose from one of our themed or discipline-based classes. Better for: Mobility and stress relief. Burn approx. 300 calories per hour.

GROUP CYCLE

Pedal your way fit. Work at your own pace as you cycle along with the group in one of our themed classes to uplifting music, or focus on achieving your goals in one of our discipline -based classes. Better for: Lower body strength and conditioning. Burn approx. 560 calories per hour.

SWIM DOCTOR

Swim Doctor is Better’s weekly fitness class in the pool. Our trained Swim Doctors provide a friendly and welcoming training environment working on your fitness and technique.
